As with most skills in life, practice makes perfect!

Accurately reading your emotional system is a life skill that lays the foundation for all of your future success and is definitely worth the daily practice. In fact it is so important that it is impossible to be successful without this skill, however it is not enough to just be aware of your emotional system promptings you must be able to interpret exactly what the message is.
This is where the principle of “Beam” plays a pivotal role as it directs you to undertake four simple steps which allow you to accurately interpret the precise message behind how you feel.

So what are the four steps to follow when your emotions begin talking to you?

B – Become (What is happening now?)
E – Emotionally (Why am I feeling like this?)
A – Aware (When did this feeling start?)
M – Moment to moment (How am I going to manage this emotion?)
